Mr. Umesh Chandra Sapkota, Chairman of Global Hatchery Pvt. Ltd. and Company Coordinator of Global Agro Group Nepal, has been elected as the President of the Central Committee of the Nepal Feed Industry Association (NFIA).
The Nepal Feed Industry Association is the umbrella organization representing feed industries across Nepal. The association plays an important role in promoting the welfare and development of the livestock sector and its members, maintaining and promoting feed quality standards, addressing industry-related pricing and market issues, contributing to policy-level discussions and initiatives, and working toward the capacity building and strengthening of farmers.
The election of Mr. Sapkota to this prestigious and respected position is a matter of great pride for the entire Global Agro Group. His extensive experience, leadership, and contribution to Nepal’s livestock and feed industry will further strengthen the association and support the sustainable development of the sector.
