To ensure smooth office operations and minimize interruptions, marketing representatives, sales representatives, suppliers, and other business visitors are requested to follow the schedule below:
Visiting Day: Every Friday only
Visiting Time: After 2:00 PM
Other Days: Visits may be arranged only with prior approval or for urgent matters.
All concerned are requested to cooperate and plan their visits accordingly.
Management
