Anand Paudel

Mr. Anand Paudel has been serving as the Finance Director of Global Agro Products Ltd. since its establishment. He is responsible for overseeing financial management, implementing and monitoring the Quality Management System (QMS), evaluating human resource performance, directing the Finance Department, and ensuring compliance with quality standards as an ISO Lead Auditor. He is also a Founding Director of Global Hatchery Pvt. Ltd., Global Transportation Pvt. Ltd., Global Birds Pvt. Ltd., GAP Marketing Pvt. Ltd., and Global Corporate Investment Pvt. Ltd.

With more than three decades of professional experience in finance, management, and quality systems, Mr. Poudel has made significant contributions to the modernization and quality management of Nepal's poultry industry. Prior to joining Global Agro Group, he served in senior management roles for more than two decades across the poultry industry, as well as the tourism and hospitality sectors in Nepal, where he gained extensive expertise in organizational management, financial administration, and quality assurance.

Mr. Poudel completed his postgraduate studies in Management at Tribhuvan University, Nepal. He is actively involved in community service through Lions International as a Charter Member and Past President of the Lions Club of Chitwan Youth. He has also served as Zone Chairperson and Region Chairperson and currently serves as District Chief of Lions International District 325R Nepal. In addition, he is an active member of the Chitwan Association of Industries.

As part of his professional development, Mr. Poudel has visited several countries, including India, Thailand, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, China, Bangladesh, South Korea, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Vatican City, and Malaysia, where he gained valuable exposure to international management practices and industry developments.
