Kishan Rai

Mr. Kishan Rai is currently serving as the Director of Global Hatchery Pvt. Ltd. and as a Consultant Expert for Hatchery Operations within the Global Agro Group. He is also a Founder Shareholder of Global Agro Products Ltd., the mother company of the Global Agro Group.

Mr. Rai has more than 25 years of professional experience in hatchery operations, breeder management, and quality chick production. With extensive hands-on experience and technical knowledge, he is recognized as one of the renowned experts in Nepal for quality chick production, hatchery management, and breeder operations.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rai has held various managerial and director-level positions in several companies before joining the Global Agro Group. His professional experience covers hatchery management, breeder farm operations, incubation management, production planning, quality control, biosecurity, troubleshooting, technical team management, and overall operational management.

Mr. Rai has been closely involved in the development and improvement of hatchery and breeder operations, with particular expertise in maintaining hatchery performance, improving chick quality, optimizing incubation practices, and ensuring effective breeder management. His extensive practical experience has enabled him to provide valuable technical and managerial guidance to poultry businesses.

Academically, Mr. Rai holds a Diploma in Veterinary Laboratory and General Science from the United Kingdom, a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.), and has also studied PCL in Animal Science from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

Mr. Rai has extensive international exposure and has visited several countries for professional, technical, business, and industry-related purposes, including India, the United Arab Emirates, China, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Sri Lanka, the Maldives, Germany, and the United Kingdom. These international experiences have provided him with valuable exposure to modern hatchery technologies, breeder management systems, poultry production practices, and international industry standards.

With over two decades of practical experience, strong technical expertise, managerial leadership, and international exposure, Mr. Kishan Rai has established himself as a seasoned poultry professional and a respected expert in hatchery operations, breeder management, and quality day-old chick production in Nepal.
